When I was a child, I would spend hours with my grandmother looking at photo albums from her travels. From her kitchen table on the South Side of Chicago, my grandmother opened my eyes to the broader world. While at Sanford, I had the great privilege of interning at the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Switzerland. I attended committee meetings and listened to ambassadors discussing how to solve global issues. I never could have imagined the trajectory from my grandmother’s kitchen table to the WTO.

Please note that separate applications are required for dual degree programs. For specific application procedures and information on the MPP program, please refer to the MPP admissions page. Visit Duke's Fuqua web site and UNC's Kenan-Flager website for information about applying to those programs.
