DeWitt Wallace Center for Media & Democracy faculty members Philip Napoli, Robyn Caplan and Ken Rogerson co-edited The De Gruyter Handbook of Technology, Media, and Democracy, a new volume examining the relationship between technological change, media systems and democratic life.

The handbook brings together contributions from scholars around the world, as well as members of the Sanford and Duke communities, including Jessica Mahone, Sofia Bliss-Carrascosa, David Hoffman, Anna Maynard and Asa Royal. The volume offers an interdisciplinary resource for researchers, instructors and students exploring the increasingly consequential role of technology and media in public life.
