Web Administrator
Stephanie oversees the digital footprint of Sanford primarily through its vast network of websites. She provides high-level, technical support for the Sanford's centers, programs and initiatives and works with Duke OIT and Sanford Communications to support Sanford.duke.edu. With over 25 years of digital development experience at Duke, Stephanie is the first point of contact for folks at Sanford looking to create or expand their digital presence.
Stephanie joined the Comms team in the Summer of 2025 (after 6 years with Sanford IT) and has done stints at both the Fuqua School of Business and the Nicholas School of the Environment. She has a Master’s degree from Duke, a Bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and has certifications in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Usability, Information Architecture (IA) and Web Accessibility.
Originally from Salem, MA, Stephanie relocated to NC after college and considers Durham her home. She is active in local theatre productions, loves to cosplay and play board games of any kind, and is an avid SCUBA diver. Stephanie is married with 3 children, 2 dogs, and a (very friendly) pet snake.
