Associate Director, DeWitt Wallace Center for Media & Democracy

As Associate Director of the DeWitt Wallace Center for Media & Democracy in the Sanford School of Public Policy, Shelley Stonecipher oversees the day-to-day operations of the center and its development efforts. She manages the Policy Journalism and Media Studies Certificate Program, advises on undergraduate internships and career planning, assists in faculty and research support, manages publicity and communications, provides human resources support, and oversees budgeting and financial administration. Before joining the DeWitt Wallace Center in 2007, she worked for the Duke University Center for International Studies, the Yale-China Association, the Council on Foreign Relations, and Citibank International.
