Shawna Barrow is the Ph.D. Program Coordinator & Director of Graduate Studies Associate (DGSA) working with faculty and students in the Public Policy Ph.D. Program and the University Program in Environmental Policy Ph.D. Program.
Shawna brings over 20 years of experience in higher education and student affairs and is passionate about student success. She has a proven track record of success in planning and implementing programs that meet the needs of diverse student populations. She is also an experienced leader with expertise in conflict management and academic planning.
Shawna has a Master of Arts in Higher Education from Ashford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Robert Morris University. Shawna is a triathlete, an audiobook enthusiast, and she enjoys spending time with her family.
