HR Representative
Sean joined the Sanford School of Public Policy in 2026 as an HR Representative, bringing experience from NC State University and the University of Arizona, where he worked in collegiate recreation with a focus on the student employment experience. These roles sparked a passion for training and development that led him to a career in HR.
Sean holds a B.S. in Recreation and Sport Management from the University of Arkansas, where he graduated with highest distinction, and an M.A. in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
In his free time, Sean enjoys watching sports, playing soccer, training for races, hiking, traveling, game nights, and spending time with friends.
