Robert Furges

Communications & Marketing Intern

Robert Furges is a senior at North Carolina Central University interning with the Communications & Marketing Department, May 15th through July 21st. In anticipation of his final term as an undergrad, Robert also covers high school athletics for WRAL, and provides assistance to the Sports Information Director of NCCU while perfecting his craft in directing live broadcasts, as well as camera operations. Post undergrad, Robert plans to continue his work alongside WRAL and NCCU in pursuit of becoming a Sports Information Director himself.
