
Adjunct Instructor in the Sanford School of Public Policy
Rebecca serves as an adjunct instructor for Project Management for International Development at Duke University, where she has also been a guest lecturer and student mentor since 2012. She brings over two decades of global operations and portfolio management experience to Sanford, having recently served as the Director of the Project Management Office for FHI 360, where she oversaw a 142-project strategic portfolio across 60 countries. Her background includes launching clinical trial operations during the 2014 West African Ebola response, scaling global health organizations, and operating a local residential design-build firm. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Change Management specialist, Rebecca earned her Master of International Development Policy from Duke University and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Nicaragua. Outside of her professional work, she serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Durham and enjoys spending time with her partner, three stepsons, and two dogs.
