Nancy Shambley

HR Department Manager l

Nancy Shambley has been serving the Duke University Health System for over 40 years. She comes to Sanford with knowledge in Payroll, Human Resource Operations and Employee Engagement. She began her career at Duke Regional Hospital and has held positions with Duke Home Care and Hospice and Duke Primary Care.

As a native North Carolinian and a resident of Durham she has seen  many changes around Durham and within the Duke community. Nancy is involved in community events through her church and enjoys participating in Volleyball games, golf outings and spending time with her husband and twin boys.
