Program Manager, Master of Public Affairs
Mirna serves as Program Manager for the Master of Public Affairs program at Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy. In partnership with the Director of Graduate Studies, she leads a hybrid program that enables experienced professionals to deepen their expertise, strengthen their leadership, and renew their commitment to the public good as they advance in their careers. Through a blend of in-person residencies and online learning, she delivers a rigorous, high-impact academic experience that prepares leaders to drive change across sectors.
Prior to this role, Mirna spent nine years supporting Executive Education at Sanford, most recently as Senior Program Coordinator, where she led the delivery of open-enrollment and custom programs for government officials and professionals from around the world.
Mirna holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences and a B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in East and Southeast Asia from North Carolina State University. She also studied at the American University of Sharjah in the UAE.
