Senior Research Data Tech, Duke Center for Child and Family Policy
Kristie Lynch is a Senior Research Data Tech at the Center for Child and Family Policy. She supports field operations for the research study Midlife Health Inequities in the Rural South: Risk and Resilience. Over the last couple of years, she has had the opportunity to work as a molecular scientist during the Covid-19 pandemic. She also has many years of healthcare experience as a technician working in hospitals, doctors' offices, and laboratories. Most of her career has been dedicated to helping people in underserved communities overcome their health disparities.
She graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Biology. During her free time, she loves dancing, spending time with her family and friends, and taking long walks in the park.
