Visiting Researcher

Jun Li is a visiting researcher for the 2024-25 academic year, sponsored by the China Scholarship Council, under the guidance of Professor Marc A. Jeuland.

She is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Applied Economics, Renmin University of China. She holds both a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Management. In her prior research, she concentrated on examining the effects of the extreme weather events on Chinese public information-seeking behaviors on climate change, assessing the causal mechanisms of water tariff reforms on residential water usage in China, and conducting cost–benefit analyses on demand-side mitigation. Her current research interests primarily revolve around the interaction between water pricing policy and residential water consumption behavior, constructing hydrological model to understand the optimal water pricing.
