Audio Visual & Facilities Manager

Jokya Sanders is an experienced Audio Visual and Facilities Manager at the Sanford School of Public Policy, with over 15 years of technology experience and 10 years of leadership experience. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from North Park University in Chicago, IL, and has earned certificates in technology, higher education, and theology. 

As a team player and lifelong learner, Jokya is dedicated to helping institutions move forward by creating cost-effective and IT-friendly systems that meet the needs of users and stakeholders. In his role at Sanford, he partners with Emily Totherow to manage facilities operations for Sanford Building and Rubenstein Hall as well as provides support for Sanford’s presentation spaces. He also designs AV systems, and researches innovation in teaching spaces to enhance the student/faculty experience.
