Human Resources Representative
Grace Wright joined the Sanford School of Public Policy as an HR Specialist and, in 2023, was promoted to HR Representative in recognition of her expertise and dedication. With over a decade of experience in human resources, she specializes in payroll administration, recruitment, and HR operations, ensuring seamless processes and compliance.
Grace holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, providing a strong foundation in organizational leadership, governance, and policy implementation. She also maintains her SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) credential, reflecting her commitment to advancing HR excellence and best practices.
Her expertise includes data analysis, HR systems management, and process improvement, allowing her to enhance efficiency and streamline operations. Passionate about fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture, Grace is an active member of the Staff Advancement Committee, the DEI Committee, and the Employee Recognition Committee, where she contributes to promoting employee well-being and professional growth.
Beyond her professional role, Grace enjoys spending time with family, giving back to the community, shopping, hiking, and traveling. Her dedication to excellence in both her career and personal life reflects her ongoing commitment to making a meaningful impact in everything she does.
