Grace Wright joined the Sanford School of Public Policy as an HR Specialist and, in 2023, was promoted to HR Representative in recognition of her expertise and dedication. With over a decade of experience in human resources, she specializes in payroll administration, recruitment, and HR operations, ensuring seamless processes and compliance.
Her expertise also includes data analysis, HR systems management, and process improvement, allowing her to enhance efficiency and streamline operations. Passionate about creating a positive and engaging workplace culture, Grace is a member of the Staff Advancement Committee, the DEI committee, and the Employee Recognition Committee to promote employee well-being and professional development.
Beyond her professional role, Grace enjoys spending time with family, giving back to the community, hiking, and traveling. Her commitment to excellence in both her career and personal life reflects her dedication to making a meaningful impact in everything she does.
