Financial & Grants Manager, Duke Center for International Development
Felicia Mims serves as the Financial & Grants Manager for the Duke Center for International Development (DCID). In this position, she provides administrative management and coordination of diverse business-related functions including finance, budget, personnel, pre- and post-award grant administration, maintenance, and policy interpretation. In addition to adeptly managing day-to-day operations and providing guidance to DCID faculty and staff in alignment with University protocols, Felicia actively supports faculty members, offering problem-solving assistance in navigating the intricacies of the Duke systems.
