Video Services Specialist, Information Technology, Special Events and Facilities Management


Emily joined the Sanford School in August of 2015, working in the Events office.  She changed jobs in December 2016 and now handles audio and video services for the school.

After attending High Point University and receiving a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, she worked as a paramedic for Guilford County EMS for six years. From there, Emily went to Culinary School, following her passion for food into the hospitality industry. After graduation, she worked as the Assistant Pastry Chef at the Carolina Alumni Club and then as the Food Service Director at Chestnut Ridge Camp and Retreat Center. She continues her culinary background by doing cakes for friends and family.
