Central Administrative Staff Assistant
Ellen Gibbs provides administrative, clerical, and financial management support at the Sanford School of Public Policy in collaboration with the Central Administration Office. She assists faculty and staff by processing reimbursements, managing vendor payments, coordinating schedules, and supporting program activities, while also contributing to schoolwide operations such as event registration, faculty bios, and media content.
She holds an MS in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in Communication from the University of New Hampshire. Before joining Duke, Ellen worked as a Relationship Manager Assistant at a franchise development agency in Denver and as a Social Media Manager for her alma mater’s Department of Housing. Outside of work, she enjoys creating art.
