Jeremy John Bowers

Jeremy Bowers is a senior software engineer on the Interactive News desk of The New York Times focused on elections, the Supreme Court, national security, and Congress.

Previously, Jeremy was a news applications developer on the visuals team at NPR. Before that, he was a senior software engineer at The Washington Post working on elections, campaign finance, and sports. He started his career at the St. Petersburg Times, where he worked on the expansion of the Pulitzer award-winning PolitiFact.

Jeremy has taught web development at Georgetown School of Continuing Studies, multimedia journalism at Northwestern's Medill School in DC, and argumentation at his alma mater, the University of South Florida.
