For our first session, we're delving into the realm of "Women in Tech and Development." Our panelists: •Camila Herrera, a dynamic Juris Doctor and Master of Public Policy candidate, brings over a decade of legal expertise serving low-income communities. Her current focus on the cybersecurity landscape, especially concerning ransomware attacks on Latin America's critical infrastructure, promises to offer valuable insights into this pressing issue. •Branka Panic, a distinguished Master of International Development Policy alumna and the visionary founder of AI for Peace, is a political scientist renowned for her contributions to international security, policy, and ethical tech development. Recognized as one of the 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics in 2022, Branka is dedicated to ensuring AI fosters peace, security, and sustainable development. •Antonella Di Ciano MIDP'25 will moderate the session.
