Tips for Using DukeHub

If you are a sponsored student from a third-party organization like Rangel or Pickering or sponsored by the government of your home country, please contact the Duke Sponsored Student Office: sponsored-student-billing@duke.edu and sanfordfinancialaid@duke.edu

Refunds are issued by direct deposit to your bank account. Direct deposits can be made to any U.S. financial institution where you have a checking or savings account. Please visit the Financials tab in DukeHub to add or manage your direct deposit information.

You will receive an automated e-mail from the Duke Employee Travel and Reimbursement Office when a refund has been processed. The email will let you know when to expect to see the funds in your account.

Duke University contracts with both Flywire and Western Union Business Solutions to provide international students with convenient and streamlined ways to pay their student account charges by wire transfer. There are no transaction fees from Duke University's bank, though your bank may charge a fee.
