Sarah Harris is a strategic advisor for Sanford. She has fifteen years of experience in research, small business development, advocacy, and evaluation. At her time in public, private, and non-profit sectors she developed interdisciplinary solutions to community challenges including for the MacArthur Foundation. In addition, she founded a small non-profit in Texas, which provided emergency social services and youth mentorship. She has traveled internationally to gain insight into how economic systems, cultures, and history create society and measure value, and has volunteered as an advisor for advocacy groups, news outlets, and political campaigns. She has a bachelor's degree in environmental science from the University of Virginia and a master's degree in global policy studies from the University of Texas LBJ School. Sarah is an Executive MBA student at the University of North Carolina.
