Madeline M. Carrig
Associate Director of the Data Core, Center for the Study of Risk and Resilience, Duke Center for Child and Family Policy
Madeline Carrig is the associate director of the Data Core of the Center for the Study of Adolescent Risk and Resilience (C-StARR), which is part of the Center for Child and Family Policy. She is also the instructor for the first-year graduate applied statistics sequence in the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience.
Carrig earned her undergraduate degree in mathematics and began her career as a statistical consultant for a management consulting firm. She received a Ph.D. in clinical psychology with an emphasis in quantitative methods from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005. Carrig completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience before joining the Center in January 2009.
