Classroom Coach, Duke Center for Child and Family Policy
Ellie Bold joined the Center for Child and Family Policy in July 2015 as data tech for the Incredible Years Dinosaur School project. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she received her B.A. in psychology and journalism & mass communications from Washington and Lee University in May 2015. Bold became interested in educational research after spending several summers volunteering and then teaching at a program dedicated to supporting a cohort of girls from the Cleveland Metropolitan School District through high school and a four-year college degree. She hopes to pursue a career in clinical research aimed at educational interventions.
